SUMMARY
Support a professional risk and loss-control function by reviewing, polishing and distributing technical reports. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys proofreading, document formatting and producing accurate, client-ready materials in a collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review technical and business documents for spelling, grammar, consistency and overall presentation.
Edit and format reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to ensure a polished, standardized final product.
Coordinate corrections with the appropriate team members when report updates or clarifications are needed.
Prepare and distribute completed reports produced by field-based professionals following client assessments.
Provide general administrative support for property and risk-related operations, including document organization and workflow support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior professional experience proofreading, editing or quality-checking business documents; approximately 2-3 years preferred.
Strong Microsoft Word skills with the ability to edit and maintain document formatting; working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify spelling, formatting and consistency issues.
Organized, dependable communication skills and the ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
Comfort working with detailed technical reports and following established formatting standards.
