If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a perfect opportunity. As a Sign Maker/Vinyl Graphics Installer, you'll be involved in every aspect of physical sign production — from prepping materials and applying vinyl to helping with installs and operating finishing equipment. We'll provide the training; you bring the work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Apply vinyl graphics and full-color digital prints to various surfacesPrepare and finish substrates (cutting, painting, cleaning, laminating)Weed and mask vinyl graphics with precisionOperate the laminator and other finishing equipment (training provided)Assist with installation of indoor and outdoor signsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow work orders and perform quality checks before and after productionCommunicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customersHelp with unloading materials and keeping inventory organizedSafely operate ladders and light power tools when neededRequirements:No prior sign experience required — we will train the right personMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 40+ lbs and stand for long periodsComfortable working on ladders and using hand toolsAble to multitask and manage multiple projects under deadlinesStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnVeterans are strongly encouraged to applyBenefits Include:Paid Vacation, Sick Time & HolidaysMonday–Friday schedule — weekends offBonus and incentive programsMatching SIMPLE IRA Retirement PlanSupplemental Health Insurance (Aflac)Branded clothing allowanceTeam-building eventsFree signage for personal events or family projects (annual allowance)Free signage for your favorite charity (annual allowance)Opportunities for career advancement and ongoing trainingReady to Join Our Team?
