Key responsibilities Collaborates with surgical staff to assess and troubleshoot sterilization processes for trauma and tertiary care procedures Maintains high professional standards while overseeing the sterilization process and conducting quality control activities Leads the team in the absence of management and conducts orientation for new staff members Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile processing National certification through HSPA or CBSPD Maintains required CEUs in accordance with certifying body
